How is this wine possible? 60% new oak, single vineyard Napa fruit, organically farmed, 120 case production, $30? I don’t know, but if you love Sauvignon Blanc that is full of texture, fresh herbs, green apples, etc., then you’re going to love this. We take this home embarrassingly often.
