Introducing The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc
We are thrilled to unveil the release of our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc. Harvested from our certified organic vineyard in Yountville AVA of Napa Valley, this exceptional wine exemplifies the vineyard's sought-after terroir which is ideal for Napa Valley style Sauvignon Blanc.
Bright, citrus, and melon notes make this a perfect summer wine. It is perfect for pairing with fish, a creamy Italian pasta, or a great Thai dish! On the nose, it opens with evocative floral aromas. The palate is equally captivating, with a long, developing finish that evolves gracefully.
The 2024 season was ideal for Sauvignon Blanc. We had plenty of rainfall and a long growing season. We aged the wine in 60-gallon new oak barrels (puncheons), neutral oak, and stainless steel. The larger oak barrel reduced the wine to oak ratio to give just enough structure to the wine which is balanced with the fruit highlighted from the stainless steel. This is a great expression of the certified organic terroir, 2024 season, and Younville AVA.
